Did you know that two thirds of women wear shoes that are smaller than their feet? [1] This is the biggest self-inflicted trauma that people put themselves into in the name of fashion. Stand barefoot on a blank piece of paper. Trace the outline of your foot. Then place your favorite shoe on top of this outline and draw over it. What do you see? Which is larger?
Perform the above shoe fit test on your favorite shoes. How did you measure up?

We all face adversity in our life. It is not the adversity, but how we act to it that will determine the joy and happiness in our life. When you are going through life’s trying times, rather than spending time feeling sorry for yourself, think of the things that you are thankful for. Soon the problems you face will not affect you as negatively.
List all the things that you are thankful for in your life. Start with your family and friends. This will lift your spirit to one of happiness and joy.
Express your love today!

Everything starts with you. You can lovingly look at your family, society and even your country, but only truly, if you can look at yourself with love first. You may see yourself as unlovable; you need to learn to look at yourself with the eyes of love if for no other reason than because you are one of a kind in this world.
Learn to love yourself. If you don’t, you won’t be able to love anyone or anything else. This world doesn’t exist without you.
